Copy Fees and Procedures

Standard copy fees at the Mackinac County Clerk are $1.00 per page for regular copies. Certified copies of court records carry a $10.00 certification fee per document in addition to the per-page rate. For vital records, the certified copy fee is $20.00 for the first copy and $10.00 for each additional copy of the same record, but those are separate from criminal court case files.
